What is PPC?

Pay Per Click (PPC) is the most straightforward marketing channel. It's for businesses that want or need traffic immediately. In fact, if you wanted to you could have visitors flowing in within a few hours of starting your program. We create ads, pinpoint the targeting to match your demographic perfectly and press play. From there, you simply pay a certain amount (average is around 80 cents) per visitor. We'll continue to optimize the account to get your Cost Per Click down (so that you can get more bang for your buck) and you'll have that stream of visitors as long as you pay Google for them.

PPC is surgical. We have control over just about everything, but the channel isn't sustainable like SEO is. It also allows you to play a bit dirty. You can target your competitor's search results and there's a lot of high-level strategy involving cross-channel marketing. This channel is best paired with SEO but some clients choose to have it alone to promote specials or high seasons before turning it off for the winter.
